Going On HolidayFridge empty, paper and mail stopped, cat to cattery, house tidied... the list is endless! We can do this all for you - just go on holiday and leave it all to us. We can even make sure you have milk and bread on your return. |

While You Are AwayWe can call daily or as required to do security checks on your house, feed your pet, clear mail and paper, water indoor plants and garden, arrange for lawn to be mowed. We can also organise and supervise to have your carpet cleaned, car serviced, floors poly-urethaned and windows cleaned -all while you are away, causing no disruption to you or your family. |

Rest Home VisitsDo you wish you had more time to visit elderly family members? We can visit, or do a small errand or two. When you are away on business and holiday, you can have peace of mind knowing that we are still in touch with your loved ones. |

Fees
At Your Beck & Call has two different types of services we are able to offer:
Personal Concierge Services
This service entails anything we can do for you from our office. Booking flights, internet searches, finding a great restaurant and getting a booking … whatever you need that we can do over the phone or internet. Our Personal Concierge service is charged in 15 minute increments.
Personal Assistant Services
This service entails anything we can do for you where we need to leave our office to get it done. Shopping, errands, deliveries, etc. Our Personal Assistant Fee is charged out at an hourly rate in 15 minute increments thereafter. Some Personal Assistant Services are charged at a flat rate.
Travel costs for Personal Assistant Services are included within the hourly rate when the service is being undertaken within a 30km radius of Central Whangerei.
All items purchased by At Your Beck & Call on your behalf will be charged to you separately.
We require 48 hours notice for any service. However, please contact us should you require a service within 48 hours. We will make every attempt to accommodate your needs (a service provided within 48 hours will incur an additional fee of $25 (+GST)
