Errand running and house sitting service Tauranga

All of our services are charged out per half hour and in 15 minute increments thereafter. Minimum half hour charge. Travel costs for Personal Assistant Services and Running Errands are included within the hourly rate when the service is being undertaken within a 25km radius of Central Tauranga. Outside this area, travel is charged at 50c per km. Parking charges are also included in our fees.

Personal Assistant Services
This service entails anything we can do for you from our office. Booking flights, internet searches, finding a great restaurant and getting a booking, business referrals … whatever you need that we can do over the phone or internet.

Personal Assistant Services and Running Errands
This service entails anything we can do for you where we need to leave our office to get it done. Shopping, errands, deliveries, waiting for tradesmen, modified house sitting, Trade Me pick-ups and deliveries etc. Some of these services are charged at a flat rate, please enquire.

Discounts and Membership
Discounts may apply if you have a close neighbour or friend who may need our services at the same time as you, please enquire.
We offer memberships. If you can see yourself needing our services a number of times over a month, please phone us to discuss your requirements and we will arrange a membership to suit your individual needs. Membership minimum is 4 hours per month.

Other Information about our fees and costs
All items purchased by At Your Beck & Call on your behalf will be charged to you separately.
We generally require 48 hours notice for any service. Should you require a service within 48 hours we will make every attempt to accommodate your needs. Need to add in additional fees for trades people.
At Your Beck And Call reserve the right to decline requests at our discretion.
All fees include GST as yet we are not GST registered.
