Kyra and Simon who are the directors of At Your Beck And Call have over 25 years’ experience in customer service between them. Their main focus is to offer the Bay Of Plenty region honest, reliable and friendly service every time with the highest standard of professionalism.

‘We love meeting people and enjoy helping them out by problem solving while providing the best customer service we can and always with a smile’.

Kyra has worked in the horticulture industry for over 17 years and having run a garden centre for Mitre 10 in Glenfield, Auckland and been Territory Manager for Yates New Zealand servicing from the far north down to Taranaki and every in between, she knows the importance of being organised while ensuring follow through to provide the best in customer service and going the extra mile for her customers is all part of the service.

‘I am excited to meet people who are passionate about their gardens and I will offer them peace of mind that their garden is getting the best care while they are away’.

Growing up on a dairy farm Kyra has learned a loving respect for animals and treats them with the love and kindness they deserve. She will see to it that your loved pet companions will get the same love and attention you give them while you are away.
